Japanese Yakiniku-Style Sauce

I can't remember when I first stumbled upon the original recipe, but I definitely modified it to a flavour profile I feel proud to call my own. Very simple to make and goes well over any rice + pan-fried fish/chicken dish.

Ingredients
  • 1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet vermouth
  • 2 tbsp white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Pinch of sesame seeds

Directions
  1. Mix it all and pour over your cooked meat/fish. Enjoy!
