I love to eat, and I love to discover places through food. I tend to cook by intuition, modifying recipes based on how the ingredients are talking to me at the moment. Unfortunately, that means I have a lot of trouble replicating my dishes. But every now and then, I stumble upon a dish that's a keeper, so this blog is my attempt at being disciplined and writing down how I attempted some of my favourites.
